Estimates

This is where it all starts! We provide an estimate for materials and labor based on your project specifications. Our estimates do not include sales tax or shipping costs. Note that any changes made once production starts may impact the original estimate and will be reflected in the final invoice. We’re happy to discuss creative ways to engineer your project to reduce costs.

Prepress

Once the estimate is approved, we start investing time in your project and order necessary materials, such as paper, plates, inks, etc. Before we can start prepress, we need your final design files. All files should originate as vector-based files (Adobe InDesign and Illustrator are the industry standard for layout). Please send us your fully outlined native files or high-res PDF files.

Proof approval officially marks the start of production, and turnaround time may be calculated upon request.

Invoices

For most projects, you will receive an invoice after the project is complete, including shipping costs. Large-scale projects and new clients may be asked to pay a 50% nonrefundable deposit to help cover starting costs. When the job is complete, they will receive a second invoice requesting the balance plus shipping or delivery costs.

Design

​​We offer design services to support your project. Our in-house team can assist with tasks such as file preparation or typesetting based on existing samples. Our services can extend further, just let us know what you need help creating, and we can provide an estimate based on the amount of design work required.

Cancellation Policy

Sometimes things don’t work out; we understand that! If you’d like to cancel before full estimate approval, no sweat. However, once an estimate is approved, you are responsible for each cost incurred until the point of cancellation*. All paper is custom-ordered per job, which makes it difficult to return or apply to another job. All plates and dies are ordered custom, which makes it difficult to return or reuse. We will send you an invoice for the labor and materials already ordered, which you are expected to pay ASAP.

*If printing has begun, cancellations are not accepted, and you are responsible for 100% of your estimate.
